Responsibilities:
- Ensure you provide a high level of customer service at all times.
- Taking customer food and beverage orders and processing them efficiently.
- Answer the phone, taking bookings for parties.
- Assisting in presenting and hosting children’s birthday parties.
- Maintaining the standards of safety for children in the play area.
- Help maintain and identify improvements in the hygiene and safety of the catering operation.
- Following set procedures for specific duties relating to cleaning, food handling, and operations.
- Maintaining and improving our housekeeping duties.
- Ensuring stock rotation.
