HB Leisure Ltd at Alton Towers Resort Hotel is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host) to deliver excellent guest service, restock prizes and manage arcade games.

You will work in a fast-paced, outdoor hotel arcade environment, with late shifts, weekends and holidays. You’ll help keep the arcade clean, report issues, and contribute to a fun, memorable experience for guests.
