We are looking for a dedicated Stock Supervisor to join our team at HB Leisure Ltd based at our brand new site Brighton Pier!

As a Stock Supervisor, you will work closely with Games and Arcade Managers to ensure effective management of stock items and visual displays, providing the highest standards of operating practices. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and organized stock room, driving company vehicles, and reducing damages and costs through sensible storage of all stock. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the efficient day-to-day running of all site operations through stock management.
- Manage games stock levels and staffing numbers while maintaining good general games housekeeping.
- Reconcile with accuracy, handle stock safely, and complete all administration to the required standard.
- Maintain a close liaison with the Site Manager to resolve any issues satisfactorily.
- Comply with the Company’s and Park’s Health and Safety Policies, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Monitor individual staff to ensure company procedures are adhered to and standards maintained.
- Provide information to the Manager regarding staffing levels to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer service.
- Motivate and lead the team, ensuring adherence to the HB Leisure Ltd. Fair Games Principles.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Manager.
