Senior Hostess in London

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Senior Host/Hostess to join our Food and Beverage team. Are you a master of craft? As a Senior Host/Hostess at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

• Taking reservations and providing cover in the reservations department.
• Devising the table plan and prepare briefing notes.
• Attending and hosting pre-service briefings for daily updates, ensuring tasks are followed up efficiently prior to guest’s arrival and completing any necessary research before profile guests arrive.
• Keeping a maintenance log of all Hosts / Hostesses uniforms and following up with the Restaurant Manager.

As a Senior Host/Hostess, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
