Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Floor Manager to join our Housekeeping Team. Are you a master of craft? As a Floor Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Be a leader to the Room Attendants, Porters and Public Area Attendants and efficiently organize the workflow of the team.
  • Ensure the absolute highest standards of cleanliness are delivered to each of our guests.
  • Be flexible in supporting the Executive Housekeeper on exciting pre-opening tasks.

As a Floor Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
