Join HB Couriers – Barking IG11 0HZ FEDEX. Start immediately! We’re growing our team of multi-drop delivery drivers delivering FedEx parcels across the region. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’ll provide full support to help you succeed.
Why Work With Us?
- Monday to Friday – Weekends & Bank Holidays off
- Pay per stop:
- £2.30 per stop (up to 75 stops)
- £1.15 per stop (after 75 stops)
- Daily rate payment first two weeks while learning: £170 per day for the first 2 weeks (while you take fewer parcels and learn the role on your own)
- Van rental available – £280/week (includes all insurances)
- Uniform provided

What You’ll Do
- Complete an average of 60–100 FedEx deliveries per day
- Deliver excellent customer service on every stop
- Follow delivery guidelines and return to depot as required
Requirements
- LWB owner-drivers welcome
- 23 years old and 1 year driving experience
- Long wheelbase van (or rent from us with insurance & maintenance included)
- Required insurance:
- Goods in Transit
- Public Liability
- Goods for Hire or Reward
- DBS check required (£21.50 paid by applicant)
- Preferably a clean UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Able to lift up to 20kg
- Professional, reliable, and courteous
Please note: You will first be invited to an induction ride-along, where you will sit next to an experienced driver to learn how to use the scanner, understand priority parcels, and get familiar with the delivery process. This induction is unpaid.
