We are looking to hire a Floor Layer to carry out floor laying repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major refurbishment work in occupied and void housing.
Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our new Floor Layer. Your day to day will involve:
- Preparing and fitting vinyl to wet rooms.
- Preparing and fitting vinyl to kitchens and bathrooms.
- Accurately measuring, preparing floors using latex or plywood and fitting vinyl sheet flooring, safety flooring, or vinyl tiles in our properties.
- Carrying out minor repairs to all types of floor coverings and eliminating any hazards so our customers remain safe in their homes.
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of various types of floor coverings within our kitchen and bathroom programmes.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable time-served experience.
- Valid UK driving licence.
