We offer exceptional support & service to our customers with a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure we achieve our customer goals, which includes finding resolutions to areas others won’t touch, including special designs, challenging fire resistance requirements, veneer matching problems, radiation door set or specific acoustic ratings; we have developed a range of skills & products to provide honest solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for all items from Hazlin product range using the Klaes system.
- Gather additional information & prices from suppliers to ensure that the quotation is complete.
- Ensure that all quotes are completed in a timely manner, in line with instructions from the Head Estimator and Sales Manager.
- Ensure that quote revisions are completed in an appropriate timeframe and that customers are kept informed of the process.
- Liaise with customers via email, telephone, and face to face where applicable providing a professional and high level of service to company clients.
- Learn to be conversant with the latest fire and acoustic certifications.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with company policies including BS ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- Collaborate with members of the sales team and other teams to solve problems, make improvements, and share information.
- Maintain health and safety standards wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) where necessary.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute as and when necessary.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary by your line manager or senior management team.

- Use of Microsoft Office.
