We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Power BI Developer to drive our transition from Tableau to Power BI, enhance internal and client‑facing reporting, and lead the development of robust data solutions across the firm.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the migration from Tableau to Power BI, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and translate BI requirements
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports for internal and client use
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric and SQL
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform, advising on best practices
- Develop automated workflows and business apps using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Deliver Power BI training and create learning resources to upskill business users
- Continuously improve BI solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs
- Support internal data strategy, including performance tracking and operational analytics
- Extensive finance experience
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including migration from other BI platforms
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Hands‑on experience in data engineering and pipeline development
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Tableau and other BI tools (e.g., Alteryx) is a plus
- Python programming skills are advantageous
- Experience in training or mentoring users on BI tools
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) would be an advantage but not essential.
