Owner Managed Business Tax | Cheltenham | Hybrid Working

We're looking for a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our Owner Managed Business Tax team in Cheltenham.

This is a varied role that combines compliance and advisory work across both personal and corporate tax, working with a broad range of owner-managed businesses, their shareholders and private clients.

You'll have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, support on complex advisory projects and play an active role in developing the team.

As part of one of the largest tax teams in the region, you'll work alongside eight tax partners and more than 100 tax professionals.

The team has grown significantly in recent years and continues to invest in its people, clients and service offering.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while supporting a wide range of advisory projects, including restructuring, succession planning, transaction support and property tax matters.

The role offers a good balance of client-facing work, technical challenge and team leadership.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, takes a practical and commercial approach to tax advice, and is keen to contribute to the development of both clients and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

You will likely be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with experience across both personal and corporate tax and a proven track record of managing client relationships.

Experience leading and developing team members would also be advantageous.
