Our Client Lifecycle team sits at the heart of that - supporting Partners and client‑facing colleagues to make sure every new client’s journey starts with accuracy, clarity, and a first‑class experience. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Client Lifecycle Administrator who enjoys being the go‑to person for getting things done properly. Please note: travel between our Staverton office and Cheltenham offices will be required as part of this role.
What you’ll do:
- Gather due‑diligence information and process new client applications
- Complete AML checks and compliance monitoring
- Provide clear guidance on onboarding and AML requirements
- Support colleagues with queries to keep onboarding moving
- Prepare reports for the MLRO
- Identify risks and improvements to our processes
- Collaborate with Risk Management to keep policies up to date
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in compliance/onboarding
- Confident use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach
- A positive, can‑do attitude and great attention to detail
