We are known for our technical excellence and collaborative culture. We are currently seeking a Tax Associate Director/Director to help lead our team of experts. This is a senior and strategic role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our industry, while working closely with high-profile clients in the rural and agricultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients including partnerships, sole traders, and high net worth individuals.
- Lead advisory projects and implement complex tax planning arrangements for farmers and landowners, including capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and succession planning.
- Act as a senior role model within the tax team, mentoring and developing colleagues while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with the Farms and Estates accounts team to deliver joined‑up client service.
- Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Advise commercial farming businesses on both personal and business tax matters.
What We’re Looking For
- CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in private client tax, ideally with exposure to rural and agricultural clients.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Interest in capital taxes and trusts.
