We are currently seeking a Tax Associate Director/Director to help lead our team of experts. This is a senior and strategic role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our industry, while working closely with high-profile clients in the rural and agricultural sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients including partnerships, sole traders, and high net worth individuals
  • Lead advisory projects and implement complex tax planning arrangements for farmers and landowners, including capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and succession planning
  • Act as a senior role model within the tax team, mentoring and developing colleagues while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate closely with the Farms and Estates accounts team to deliver joined‐up client service
  • Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Advise commercial farming businesses on both personal and business tax matters
What We're Looking For
  • CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Proven experience in private client tax, ideally with exposure to rural and agricultural clients
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
  • Interest in capital taxes and trusts
