We are currently seeking a Corporate Tax Senior / Associate Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of a client portfolio, support complex advisory work, and contribute to the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a portfolio of corporate clients, managing all aspects of tax compliance and advisory work
- Research and interpret complex tax legislation, presenting findings in a clear and practical manner
- Support colleagues with technical issues involving complex groups and corporate structures
- Assist the Corporate Finance team with tax input on due diligence projects
- Contribute to ad hoc tax projects and ensure high standards of technical delivery
- ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse complex tax issues and make informed decisions
- Experience supervising and coaching junior team members
- Commercially aware and client-focused, with excellent communication skills
