We are looking for a Corporate M&A Tax Manager to join our growing transactions tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded tax professional to work on complex deals and advisory projects across a wide range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify key tax risks and advise on warranties, indemnities, and tax implications of sale and purchase agreements
- Support the delivery of tax due diligence reviews for both buy-side and vendor engagements
- Conduct pre-disposal tax reviews for businesses preparing for sale
- Advise on corporate and group reorganisations, clearly communicating complex tax matters to clients
- Understand and contribute to the structuring of transactions, including optimal tax planning strategies
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
- Experience in UK corporation tax, capital and employment tax within a transactions environment— or a strong interest in moving into this area
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify risk and pricing implications
- Client-focused with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and clear communication
