We are looking for a Corporate M&A Tax Manager to join our growing transactions tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded tax professional to work on complex deals and advisory projects across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key tax risks and advise on warranties, indemnities, and tax implications of sale and purchase agreements
  • Support the delivery of tax due diligence reviews for both buy-side and vendor engagements
  • Conduct pre-disposal tax reviews for businesses preparing for sale
  • Advise on corporate and group reorganisations, clearly communicating complex tax matters to clients
  • Understand and contribute to the structuring of transactions, including optimal tax planning strategies

  • ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
  • Experience in UK corporation tax, capital and employment tax within a transactions environment— or a strong interest in moving into this area
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify risk and pricing implications
