Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm, with flexibility available

The Role:
We're looking for an organised and customer focused Service Scheduler & Administrator to join our busy Service team. You'll play a key role in coordinating service engineers, scheduling customer appointments and ensuring all service administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule maintenance, remedial and warranty appointments for customers
- Manage the daily diaries of our Service Engineers
- Raise purchase orders and arrange materials required for service visits
- Complete all administration relating to service scheduling, appointments and reporting
- Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Maintain accurate database records and produce reports as required
- Ensure service requests are managed efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion
About You:
- You'll be highly organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You'll have excellent communication skills and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination or administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills
- Good IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office
- The ability to prioritise workloads and solve problems effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- A professional, courteous and customer-focused approach
