Location: High Wycombe, HP12 3PR
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hour week Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7am – 1pm.

Factory Operative – The Role:
You will provide a high-quality service by carrying out various duties within the production department. Your role includes maintaining a safe and clean working environment, completing documentation and labelling, and supporting the team to meet targets and objectives.
Factory Operative – Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Aluminium windows and doors in Technal, ALUK and Seniors systems, ensuring all manufacturing is carried out in accordance with job sheets, working drawings, specifications and system supplier’s fabrication manuals.
- Ensuring & maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Producing the highest quality products in line with the company’s quality procedures to help ensure the demands of the fabrication programme/department are met.
- Completing all necessary documentation, labelling and maintaining records.
- To be a team player and help assist others to meet targets and objectives. To help cover absences and holidays in other areas.
- Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department.
