Location: High Wycombe, HP12 3PR Salary: Competitive Hours: 40 hour week Monday to Thursday 7.30am
4.30pm and Friday 7am
1pm.

Factory Operative
The Role:
You will provide a high-quality service by carrying out various duties within the production department. Your role includes maintaining a safe and clean working environment, completing documentation and labelling, and supporting the team to meet targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Aluminium windows and doors in Technal, ALUK and Seniors systems, Ensure all manufacturing is carried out in accordance with job sheets, working drawings, specifications and system suppliers fabrication manuals - Ensuring & maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures - Producing the highest quality products in line with the companys quality procedures to help ensure the demands of the fabrication programme/department are met - Completing all necessary documentation, labelling and maintaining records - To be a team player and help assist others to meet targets and objectives. To help cover absences and holidays in other areas - Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department

- Able to follow instruction - Previous fabrication experience preferred - Willing to learn - Motivated - Reliable - Good team player
