Trainee Technical Order Processing Coordinator - The Role:
This is a development role for a technically minded individual with no prior order-processing experience required. You will be trained to receive technically approved project information from Surveyors and Technical Leads, then convert this into accurate manufacturing, procurement and production information.
You will progressively take responsibility for processing aluminium window, door and facade packages, producing manufacturing information and schedules, and ensuring information is released accurately and in accordance with company procedures. xgikmsk Full training will be provided in Hazlemere's products, systems and specialist software including Tech Design, LogiKal, AutoCAD and Procore.
Trainee Technical Order Processing Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review and process technically approved survey and design information
- Process aluminium window, door and facade packages within Tech Design and LogiKal software
- Create manufacturing orders, fabrication information packs and component schedules
- Support procurement through material take-offs and procurement schedules
- Coordinate phased manufacturing releases in accordance with project programmes
- Maintain accurate revision control and ensure only approved information is released
- Upload and maintain project documentation within Procore
- Read, interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings to extract accurate dimensional information
