Our service is a hidden gem located in the lovely north Kent countryside and is a purpose-built care home, dedicated to supporting residents in making the most of every day. We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care for 50 residents.
Contract: £65,000 per annum
Contracted to 40 hours per week, 16 of these hours are supernumerary off the floor and 24 hours nursing per week.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and performance of the home, working in close partnership with the Home Manager to drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and high-quality care delivery. This is a senior leadership position where you will take responsibility for the clinical oversight of the service and ensure standards are consistently achieved and sustained.
You will lead on all aspects of clinical governance, care planning, medication management and risk, ensuring care is safe, effective and person-centred. You will monitor performance, carry out audits, support inspections and take ownership of continuous improvement, ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
You will provide visible, hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams, supporting, mentoring and developing staff to deliver high-quality outcomes. Acting as Deputy to the Home Manager, you will confidently oversee the service in their absence, manage day-to-day operations and make informed decisions that support both residents and staff.
