Salary: Starting salary from £24,108 per annum, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement (calculated from the full-time salary of £27,983 per annum).

The Pastoral Coordinator will work 37 hours per week, Term Time plus 5 days to be worked during the school holidays/INSET days. The postholder must be available to start at 8.15am.

We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Coordinator to support the pastoral care and academic needs of our students. This is a comprehensive and fulfilling role, engaging with students on a daily basis to support them and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • The Pastoral Coordinator is based in a Year Team Office and works closely with Heads of Year, students, parents/carers, colleagues, external agencies and other professionals.
  • This is a busy and varied role, working with all members of the school community.
  • Candidates must have very good administration, IT and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be committed to and passionate about supporting students to succeed in school.
  • Support and training will be provided as necessary.
