The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational journey of our students including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will assist in delivering educational activities tailored to the individual needs of students, both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will encompass providing personalized support to address the academic, personal, and social needs of our pupils, ensuring their progress and well‑being.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow the guidance of teaching staff.
- Experience in supporting children, ideally within an educational setting.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant areas or equivalent is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
