Join Hazelbrook Care Home, a brand-new, purpose-built specialist nursing home delivering exceptional care for residents with complex needs, advanced dementia, and mental health challenges. As Admin Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager and leadership team to ensure the smooth running of all administrative, HR, and compliance functions from day one.

Your role: As Admin Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative systems, records, and reporting.

  • Overseeing rotas and ensuring workforce compliance.
  • Acting as a key liaison with head office and external stakeholders.
