Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes, standards, and portion guidelines
- Maintain high levels of food quality, flavour, and presentation during service
- Support mise en place preparation for all sections as required
- Ensure all food is stored, labelled, and rotated correctly following food safety procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and CDP team to ensure smooth service
