Are you a National Account Manager looking to make a bigger impact in a smaller environment, or a P&L Jnr NAM / National Account Executive ready to step up into your first full NAM role?

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering genuine ownership and visibility within the business.

The Role

As National Account Manager will manage a portfolio of UK customers, including:

• Two Top 4 Grocery Retailers
• Managing a selection of smaller, underdeveloped accounts with significant growth potential
• Bringing new customers on board
• Driving sustainable, profitable growth aligned to brand values and product quality

Key Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of your retail accounts (JBP, forecasting, promotions, pricing, negotiations)
• P&L ownership
• Identifying and unlocking growth opportunities within smaller accounts
• Winning new customers and supporting route to market development
• Working cross functionally internally
• Acting as a true business partner to customers in a fast-moving SME environment

About You

This role would suit someone who is:

• A National Account Manager seeking a move into a smaller, more agile businesswhere you can have real influence

or

• A P&L Jnr NAM / National Account Executive with Top 4 exposure, ready to step up into a full NAM role

You’ll likely bring:

• Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills
• Analytical and organised
• Experience / exposure to the grocery mults
• A hands on, proactive mindset
