The Role
- 60% New Business – identifying, opening, and onboarding new national / strategic accounts
- 40% Account Management – managing a small but meaningful portfolio from day one
This role is intentionally designed to transition away from new business and into full Account Management focus within 18–24 months. You will manage the accounts you win.
The Journey
- Phase 1: Win and onboard new customers while managing a ready made base of accounts to give you immediate momentum
- Phase 2: Reduce new business focus and grow your own accounts sustainably
- Long term: This role is expected to evolve into a Channel Lead or Account Controller position as the business and accounts scale
