About the Role
Key Responsibilities- Create products with excellent flavour, texture and visual appeal
- Conduct recipe trials, testing and optimisation
- Advise on premium ingredients, inclusions, flavours and shelf life
- Support factory trials and scale-up where required
- Ensure products are commercially viable and suitable for manufacture
- Collaborate with production and commercial teams throughout development
- Provide practical recommendations to support launch readiness
- Strong NPD background within bakery or sweet baked goods manufacturing
- Experience working in food manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
- Experience with artisanal or premium bakery brands
- Knowledge of current premium bakery trends and consumer preferences
- Experience supporting factory trials and production scale-up
