About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create products with excellent flavour, texture and visual appeal
  • Conduct recipe trials, testing and optimisation
  • Advise on premium ingredients, inclusions, flavours and shelf life
  • Support factory trials and scale-up where required
  • Ensure products are commercially viable and suitable for manufacture
  • Collaborate with production and commercial teams throughout development
  • Provide practical recommendations to support launch readiness
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong NPD background within bakery or sweet baked goods manufacturing
  • Experience working in food manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
  • Experience with artisanal or premium bakery brands
  • Knowledge of current premium bakery trends and consumer preferences
  • Experience supporting factory trials and production scale-up
