We are looking for a reliable and motivated local cleaning supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team on one of our school contracts in Eastleigh. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing business that genuinely values its people and the work they do.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cleaners
  • Completing monthly timesheets and monthly stock check
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety for yourself and others at work
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order
  • Reporting directly to the area supervisor and contract manager
  • Cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins and any other related tasks as required

About you:

  • Good communication skills
  • Cleaning and supervising experience at least 1 year
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work in a team
  • Must be able to provide the required documents to support the DBS process
  • Subject to an Enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) due to the school environment
