An exciting new opportunity for candidates based in either Scotland or Northern Ireland but covering both territories. We are expanding the team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us in offering expanded support to our valuable dealer clients and OEM relationships in both Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Company Hayward & Partners are a UK based automotive company and provide customised training and consultancy services to meet the unique needs of retail dealer groups, finance companies and OEMs within the motor industry. We bring a wealth of experience to address the challenges faced in this sector. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation with an established reputation for training, consultative coaching and development in this field.

The role is a self‑employed, business investment franchise opportunity and is a full‑time hybrid position based anywhere within Scotland or Northern Ireland, with the flexibility to work from home. Regular travel to both regions will be necessary. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, developing business strategies, managing client relationships and driving growth.

  • Carrying out in‑retailer training, consultation, presentation and coaching
  • Enhancing finance company and dealer group relationships
  • Engaging with existing and prospective clients
  • Completing regular administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Effective diary self‑management
  • Representing the H&P Brand in a professional way at all times

Relevant skillsets & career background:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the motor industry, with a proven track record of success, preferably in retail dealer management
  • Sales strategy development/management skills, likely to have been developed in sector
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Broad knowledge of the UK automotive industry
  • Experience in training and consultancy services
  • Strong leadership and team management ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
