Overview
We are a well-established legal firm looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our daily operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company and upholding our values while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and guests.
- Opening the post, scanning and distributing it.
- Answering and allocating new matters.
- Opening electronic client files.
- Archiving files.
- Monitoring and ordering stationery.
- Monitoring incoming faxes.
- Meeting room diary management.
- Delivering the post to the post office each afternoon. Driving licence and own transport essential.
- Any other tasks requested by colleagues.
Skills and qualifications
- Excellent IT skills β Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills β verbal and written
- Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task, with excellent attention to detail
