As a leading outsourced sales company, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise across various industries while being part of a multiskilled team delivering results for national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups from digital campaigns, and strategic cold calling
  • Managing the complete sales journey: prospecting, following up, and closing sales through calls and emails
  • Collaborating with our digital marketing team to maximise lead conversion
  • Joining client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business professionally
  • Learning and adapting quickly to different client products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular progress reports
  • Building lasting relationships that drive business growth

What We\’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in telemarketing or sales roles with regular calling responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong comprehension skills with the ability to quickly learn and discuss various industry solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
  • UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided)
  • Friendly and personable approach to relationship building

What We Offer

  • £28,000 basic salary + quarterly performance-based bonus (OTE £34,000)
