Key Responsibilities
- Making consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups from digital campaigns, and strategic cold calling
- Managing the complete sales journey: prospecting, following up, and closing sales through calls and emails
- Collaborating with our digital marketing team to maximise lead conversion
- Joining client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business professionally
- Learning and adapting quickly to different client products and services
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular progress reports
- Building lasting relationships that drive business growth
What We\’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in telemarketing or sales roles with regular calling responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong comprehension skills with the ability to quickly learn and discuss various industry solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
- UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided)
- Friendly and personable approach to relationship building

What We Offer
