Financial Services Tax Director Location: Belfast or Dublin Hayward Hawk is working in partnership with an international professional services firm to recruit a UK-qualified Tax Director to lead and grow their Financial Services (FS) Tax practice. This is a senior strategic hire for an experienced FS tax specialist with deep sector knowledge. The successful candidate must have significant post-qualification experience in Financial Services Tax and a strong track record advising clients across one or more of the following areas: Funds / Asset Management fund structuring, carried interest, investor reporting Banking & Capital Markets corporate tax, transaction structuring, cross-border planning Insurance tax optimisation, reinsurance strategies, regulatory change impacts Private Equity deal structuring, carried interest, portfolio company support Other FS specialisms e.g. aviation leasing, structured finance Why apply?
