Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
  • Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Optimise Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.
  • Proficient in Tableau Server/Online including dashboard publishing, user management, and task scheduling.
  • Strong grasp of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.
  • Skilled in writing Level of Detail (LOD) calculations (FIXED, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE) and table calculations (e.g. ranking, running totals).
  • Experience using Tableau Prep for data cleaning and shaping workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Associate certification.
  • Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI.
