A dynamic client of ours is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their team and play a critical role in delivering best-in-class services to clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure maintenance plans for Microsoft Azure and Windows environments.
- Perform backup validation, data protection remediation, and disaster recovery (DR) coordination and testing.
- Conduct access control checks across Azure and on-premise Active Directory.
- Monitor systems for capacity, availability, and ensure timely OS patching and upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client experiences.
- Develop standard operating procedures and contribute to cloud platform roadmaps.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in IT, cloud, and user device technologies (e.g. VMware, Citrix).
- Experience with patching solutions like Ivanti or similar tools.
- Knowledge of data protection and backup solutions (e.g., VEEAM, Zerto).
- Background in proactive maintenance and event management within a monitoring or engineering team.
- Outstanding communication skills and a client-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
