My client is looking for fluent/native French speakers with customer service experience to join their growing team. The Role This role will be based out of the Belfast HQ. The successful candidate will be supporting customers working in the hospitality industry that are using the company's product. The Duties The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with both English and French customers, solving technical issues and problems faced by both. The Person The successful candidate must speak fluent or native French and have some experience supporting customers, whether it be in a technical support environment or in a hospitality environment.
