I am working with a well-funded product team building a mobile-first AI platform focused on helping individuals make better decisions and engage more effectively with complex information. The product is moving from early prototype into a more defined phase, and they’re now looking to bring in a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the experience end to end. This is not a role focused purely on UI polish. The core challenge sits in shaping how the product works. You’ll be translating complex data and AI-driven outputs into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
The role
- You will take a Senior position in defining the product experience across mobile and web, working closely with engineering and product teams.
Key areas of focus include:
- Designing end-to-end user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns
- Turning complex data into clear, usable experiences
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Leading discovery sessions and contributing to product direction
- Working closely with engineering to ensure designs are practical and scalable
- Contributing to and evolving a design system
- Using user research and testing to inform decisions
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years experience in Product Design / UX / UI
- Strong experience designing mobile-first products
- Comfortable working in early-stage or evolving product environments
- Ability to think beyond screens and shape product behaviour
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have:
- Experience working on AI-driven or insight-led products
- Exposure to data-heavy platforms
Why this role
- Early-stage influence with real ownership of product direction
- Strong technical and product team already in place
- Backed and funded with a clear roadmap
- Opportunity to work on a product solving complex, real-world problems
If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and shaping how products actually work, this could be a strong fit.
