Litigation Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) – Belfast

Hayward Hawk is delighted to be recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor to join our clients growing team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Northern Ireland’s leading firms, gaining hands-on experience across a range of contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes with appropriate supervision.
• Assist senior solicitors in complex litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation to a high standard.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and other professionals to progress matters efficiently.
• Support the firm’s business development and client care initiatives.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) with experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, professional, and client-focused with a genuine interest in commercial work.
