- Set up and maintain new case alerts and track progress on ongoing cases.

- Assist Analysts with research requests from clients and staff.
- Support the Lead with special projects as needed.
- Respond quickly to document retrieval requests, including but not limited to newly filed complaints, case law, articles, dockets, and litigation documents.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience within a legal firm is required.
- 2 years of legal research experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Possesses excellent information management and written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using request management systems, government websites, and research platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
