Your Role
As our Microsoft 365 Lead, you will:
- Provide expert hands-on support for Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring seamless collaboration, security, and performance.
- Lead and mentor the support team, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex M365 issues.
- Oversee M365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Manage security and compliance within M365, including identity management, access control, and data protection.
- Ensure effective monitoring of M365 services, addressing performance and availability issues proactively.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures and knowledge articles for M365 support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security configurations.
- Hands-on experience in M365 support and troubleshooting, working within an IT support or managed services environment.
- Strong leadership abilities able to guide and mentor junior team members while driving M365 best practices.
- Proficiency in security & compliance for M365, including Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and data loss prevention.
- Experience with monitoring tools and proactive system health checks.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions for clients and colleagues.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent (preferred).
