This is a senior, high-profile role with responsibility for driving financial performance, efficiency, and value across a scaling multi site business.

OverviewResponsibilities

  • Partner with the Operations Director to influence strategy, performance, and decision-making.
  • Lead and develop the Finance Operations team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Drive cost efficiency, working capital improvements, and capital investment appraisals.
  • Provide clear financial insight to support operational decisions.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong track record in a manufacturing or construction environment; SAP exposure advantageous.
  • Experienced people manager with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute, results-driven, and credible at board level.
  • Multi-site/global exposure and knowledge of Integrated Business Planning desirable.
