This is a senior, high-profile role with responsibility for driving financial performance, efficiency, and value across a scaling multi site business.
OverviewResponsibilities
- Partner with the Operations Director to influence strategy, performance, and decision-making.
- Lead and develop the Finance Operations team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across manufacturing and supply chain.
- Drive cost efficiency, working capital improvements, and capital investment appraisals.
- Provide clear financial insight to support operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong track record in a manufacturing or construction environment; SAP exposure advantageous.
- Experienced people manager with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute, results-driven, and credible at board level.
- Multi-site/global exposure and knowledge of Integrated Business Planning desirable.
