As the business goes through a considerable period of growth, this is a critical role in the collection, analysis, and auditing of data to identify trends and provide actionable management information.
This role requires exceptional communication skills to convey insights clearly and build constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Role Transform complex data into clear, accessible, and visually compelling formats, including reports, charts, and dashboards.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to determine data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
Audit and maintain data integrity, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and consistency for both public and private sector clients.
Perform statistical analysis on diverse datasets to extract meaningful information and identify trends.
Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
Interpret data to develop innovative strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Research and implement new methodologies for leveraging data to enhance decision-making processes.
The Person Degree qualified c3-5 years experience in a similar role Proficiency in reporting tools and statistical software for data analysis.
