This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to join a progressive, scaling tax practice with a global client base, modern leadership, and a clear path to Partnership. This is a strategic hire for the firm who have grown significantly in the past 2 years. This newly created position has been created due to sustained client demand and exceptional growth across the firms advisory business. Youll lead high-value advisory projects across a wide-ranging portfolio including PE-backed groups, multinational corporates, and high-growth SMEs. The Role Lead complex tax advisory engagements, including group restructures, transactions, international expansion, and shareholder planning Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building deep and trusted relationships Collaborate closely with other Directors and Partners to drive cross-functional solutions Support business development efforts through leadership, networking, and pitch delivery Mentor and develop junior talent across the corporate tax and advisory teams Contribute to wider firm strategy and play a visible leadership role across the business The Person ACA/CTA qualified with extensive experience in corporate tax advisory ideally from a Big 4, Top 10 firm Client facing – confident leading complex client work and advising C-suite stakeholders Commercially sharp, with a strong track record of building client relationships and spotting growth opportunities Ambitious and future-focused looking to move into Partnership in a firm with an exceptional NI Partner team who will back your progression The Package Clearly defined Partner track Exceptional remuneration market-leading salary, performance bonus, benefits, and long-term incentives A high-performing, collaborative culture Hybrid working, modern offices, cutting-edge tech, and a leadership team with real vision For more information please contact Gemma Murphy in confidence.
