What You Will Do

Youll play a pivotal role across commercial and product operations, taking ownership of diverse responsibilities including:

Partnership Development

  • Identify new partnership opportunities and manage RFP processes
  • Participate in meetings and negotiations with existing and prospective partners
  • Lead commercial discussions and contracts with internal support

Product and IT Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison between partner organisations and internal IT teams
  • Own workflows and triage issues across integrations and partner updates
  • Draft and manage structured IT requirements and system improvements

Analytics and Research

  • Monitor business performance and create timely, accurate reports
  • Generate insights for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Maintain and improve partner performance data
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and supplier relationships
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify new growth opportunities

What You Will Need

  • Honours Degree (2:1 or above)
  • Around 5 years experience in a similar role. – A mix of both clients facing positions and in either operational, product based or digital roles.
  • Familiarity with task management tools
