I am working with a well-funded product team building a mobile-first AI platform focused on helping individuals make better decisions and engage more effectively with complex information. The product is moving from early prototype into a more defined phase, and they’re now looking to bring in a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the experience end to end. This is not a role focused purely on UI polish. The core challenge sits in shaping how the product works. You’ll be translating complex data and AI-driven outputs into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

The role

  • You will take a Senior position in defining the product experience across mobile and web, working closely with engineering and product teams.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Designing end-to-end user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns
  • Turning complex data into clear, usable experiences
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Leading discovery sessions and contributing to product direction
  • Working closely with engineering to ensure designs are practical and scalable
  • Contributing to and evolving a design system
  • Using user research and testing to inform decisions

What they’re looking for

  • 4+ years experience in Product Design / UX / UI
  • Strong experience designing mobile-first products
  • Comfortable working in early-stage or evolving product environments
  • Ability to think beyond screens and shape product behaviour
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on AI-driven or insight-led products
  • Exposure to data-heavy platforms

Why this role

  • Early-stage influence with real ownership of product direction
  • Strong technical and product team already in place
  • Backed and funded with a clear roadmap
  • Opportunity to work on a product solving complex, real-world problems

If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and shaping how products actually work, this could be a strong fit.
