Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a trusted client for a People Transformation Partner. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness, you will lead the design and delivery of workforce planning and future skills initiatives, ensuring the firm is equipped with the right capabilities, capacity and structure to support long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end workforce planning framework, aligned to the firms long-term strategic objectives.
  • Scope and deliver strategic workforce planning projects, working with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating insight into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Build scalable frameworks and processes to support the move towards a skills-based organisation, including demand and supply modelling, workforce sizing and future capability planning.
  • Partner across HR and the wider business to ensure workforce strategies are embedded and actionable.
  • Lead workforce planning-related projects and workstreams, including future skills, change readiness and business transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the automation and enhancement of workforce reporting, enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor delivery against milestones, adapting approach where required to maximise impact and adoption.
  • Bring external insight and best practice into the organisation to continually improve workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in workforce planning, organisational effectiveness or people strategy at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex people or transformation projects from concept through to implementation.
  • High level of confidence influencing and engaging senior stakeholders across a large organisation.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight and recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building effective relationships without formal authority.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, future skills and organisational design principles.
  • Comfortable operating in a changing environment, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
