Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a growing client business that are seeking a driven and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of month-end, supporting strategic decision-making and working closely with senior leadership.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Carry out budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational performance
- Produce insightful financial reports for senior management
- Assist with year-end processes, audits, and statutory reporting
- Improve financial controls and streamline internal processes
- Support cash flow management and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with non-finance teams to provide commercial insights
- Contribute to ongoing projects as the business continues to scale
What Youll Need:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a management accounting or similar analytical finance role
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Confident communicator, able to partner with stakeholders across the business
