Hayward Hawk is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a global client for a legal coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining content across internal and client-facing platforms, while supporting programs, projects and client requests.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update knowledge systems, including content, spreadsheets, databases, calendars, and administrative tools.
- Support programs and projects by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, creating project plans and reporting on metrics.
- Assist with product support: participate in user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and content management.
- Coordinate and update training resources for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and support workflows, automation, and program processes; ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide prompt and professional support to internal and external clients.
- Review, refresh, and manage content on internal and client-facing tools.
- Report on analytics and content performance; recommend updates based on data insights.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in project coordination, content management or operational administration.
- Proven ability to produce accurate, professional and visually appealing reports, presentations, and metrics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels internally and externally.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of content management best practices.
