Credit Controller - hybrid in Belfast

Hayward Hawk is seeking a Credit Controller to join one of our well-established clients to join their growing finance team in a hybrid role. You will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and receive a competitive salary. What you\’ll do Chasing and managing outstanding debts Liaising with internal teams and negotiating with debtors to resolve issues Updating and maintaining accurate financial records Resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies Preparing client reports and supporting the finance team What you\’ll need 2 years + credit control experience Strong telephone and negotiation skills Proficient in accounting software, financial services tools and Excel. Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions.
