The firm has built an enviable All-Ireland client portfolio spanning owner-managed businesses, mid-market groups and international subsidiaries, complemented by a strong and growing US referral network. With sustained organic growth and clear succession planning in place, this appointment forms a key part of the firm’s medium-term Partner strategy. This is a genuine, structured route to equity - not a holding role.
The Role
- Lead a substantial and high-quality audit portfolio across multiple sectors
- Act as primary relationship lead for key clients across Ireland and US-linked engagements
- Oversee complex and cross-border audit assignments
- Drive audit quality, compliance and technical standards
- Mentor and develop senior managers and audit teams
- Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives
You will work closely with a commercially astute, young, dynamic, forward-thinking Partner group invested in long-term succession and leadership development.
The Person
- Significant audit experience gained within a Top 10 accountancy practice
- Currently operating at Senior Manager or Director level
- Experienced in managing sizeable and complex audit portfolios
- Commercially aware with strong client relationship capability
- Ambitious and motivated by a clearly defined pathway to Partner
