The firm is experiencing sustained growth, both organically and through acquisition, and is investing strategically in its leadership structure. The Role- Full leadership and operational control of the outsourcing/accounts function
- Managing and developing a team of trainees and qualified staff
- Overseeing delivery of management accounts, statutory accounts and outsourced finance services
- Ensuring technical compliance and high-quality client output
- Leading client relationships across a varied and high-quality portfolio
- Acting as a strategic adviser to clients on commercial and financial matters
- Supporting acquisition integration and onboarding of new client portfolios
- Driving efficiency, process improvement and scalable systems within the function
- Contributing to firm-wide strategy and succession planning
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Strong background in accounts preparation and outsourced finance services in practice environment
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Commercially aware with the ability to advise clients beyond compliance
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SME clients
- Strong communicator with leadership presence
- Ambitious and motivated by progression
- Exposure to acquisition integration or practice growth initiatives would be advantageous.
